The Sipping Rooms Restaurant and Bar really surprised us (in a good way!) when we visited!
As soon as you arrive, you are greeted with an outside bar area and a huge stunning igloo.
Inside the restaurant is also gorgeous and we found all the staff to be super friendly.
Menus include ‘Nibbles’, ‘To start or to share’, ‘Sharing boards’, ‘Salads’, ‘Mains and grills’, ‘Burgers and sandwiches’, ‘Fries and tatties’, ‘Sides’, ‘Puds’, ‘Sips’, ‘Coffee and hot chocolate’ and ‘Teas and infusions’ – PHEW!

Some delicious sounding dishes include ‘chicken yakitori skewers’, ‘naughty gnocchi mac and cheese’ and 'Malaysian chicken curry' which you can also get as a veggie option ‘THIS isn’t chicken’ which we would highly recommend!
Of course, we had to try out some cocktails during our visit too, they have the usual suspects as well as some other cool options. Our favs included 'Tiger Lily' which is Pampero Anejo rum, velvet falernum, Briottet orange curacao, lime juice, coconut water, pomegranate molasses & bitters and 'Poppies of Oz' which is Martin Miller Gin, Briottet poppy liqueur, vanilla syrup, raspberry powder, soda & lime juice. There are many more on offer, we really were spoilt for choice!
You can also enjoy wines, spirits, world beers, craft beers, hard seltzers, low-alcohol cocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails as well as non and low alcohol beers including craft beers.
You will find The Sipping Rooms not far from West India Quay station. When the hospitality sectors reopen we would definitely recommend them as the next place to go and enjoy a meal out!
