What if I can no longer make the date for my planned activity?
We will provide you with a link to purchase your ticket(s), so check your availability before purchasing as tickets are non-refundable. We have to respect the policies that the agency and venues we work with have in place. We will always try and accommodate you whenever possible, get in touch straight away if you have any questions on your planned activity.
Can I cancel my plan if I have an activity scheduled for another month?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription with us anytime and it will not affect any future activities already scheduled.
What if I don’t like what I get in my mystery e-box?
We will provide you with the link to purchase your ticket(s), so you can always change your mind before booking. If you don't like the plan we propose, we will suggest a plan B and a plan C for you. If you're still not happy with the plans proposed, get in touch at info@mysecretcity.co.uk.
Are the tickets in the mystery e-box for one person?
Yes, the surprises are designed for yourself. In your mystery e-box email, you will find details on how to purchase extra tickets or vouchers for your companion(s). What is a mystery e-box and how does it work?
A mystery e-box is a digital version of the traditional box that you order online and is delivered to your address. The advantage of the electronic version is that you receive it straight into your email inbox, so no delivery delays! Once you are signed up to the £5 plan, you will receive one mystery e-box with details of the plan we designed for you, along with any tickets or vouchers required.
